Our story

A campus beginning.
A wider conversation.

What started as a student club at Arizona State University is growing into an education initiative with a wider purpose.

Built around people.
Growing through conversation.

Taking the conversation further.

Change the Culture Now grew from a student club focused on anti-violence and sexual assault prevention. The idea behind this next chapter is to take that focus beyond one campus and invite more communities into the conversation.

Led by founder Grace Boughton, the emerging organization is exploring personalized, in-person education for companies, Greek life organizations, educational communities, and individuals.

At the heart of that work is a simple belief: people deserve learning that makes room for questions, context, and real conversation. That belief is shaping what comes next.

A note from our founder

For me, when I started Change the Culture Now, there was no option but to keep going when it began to gain traction. The issue is one very close to my heart, as I have experienced harassment, predatory behavior, and stalking before. Comfort is the enemy that society uses to keep people trapped in silence, and we need to take advantage of how much work there is to be done. My goal is to hold institutions accountable, and empower students, companies, and organizations through our platform. If I've done that, and if our team has done that, then I would know I've done what I can to work against the global issue of gender violence.

The belief behind the work

Learning means making
room for each other.

For questions. For listening. For a different perspective.
